These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GrantGettr, a product of Voss AI Consulting. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GrantGettr.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GrantGettr — whether by creating an account, submitting a profile, generating grant applications, or browsing grant listings — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using GrantGettr on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Service Description
GrantGettr is an AI-powered grant discovery and application assistance platform. The service enables users to:
- •Search and filter grant opportunities from federal, state, and private foundation databases.
- •Receive AI-generated match scores based on organizational profile alignment.
- •Generate AI-drafted grant application sections using Claude (Anthropic).
- •Track and manage a portfolio of grant applications through a workflow pipeline.
- •Export completed applications as DOCX or PDF documents.
Grant discovery (search, filtering, and match scoring) is provided free of charge. AI application generation requires a paid subscription.
Account Responsibilities
Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and profile. Inaccurate profile data will degrade the quality of your grant matches and AI-generated content.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at rob@robvoss.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One account per person: Each account is for a single user or organization. Sharing an account among multiple unrelated organizations is not permitted. Consultant accounts are an exception and are specifically designed for managing multiple clients under one login.
Subscription & Billing
Recurring billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select.
Annual discount: Annual billing plans receive a 15% discount compared to equivalent monthly billing.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain full access through that date.
No refunds for partial months: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you receive immediate access to the new plan's features.
Application credit disputes: If you believe an AI-generated application was delivered in error or was defective, contact us within 48 hours at rob@robvoss.com and we will review the request for a credit to your monthly allotment.
AI-Generated Content
Important: AI drafts are starting points, not final submissions.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and submitting any AI-generated content. GrantGettr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or success of any AI-generated application.
No guarantee of approval: GrantGettr is a drafting and discovery tool. We make no representation that using our platform will result in a grant award. Grant decisions are made solely by funders.
User review required:Before submitting any application to a funder, you must review every section for accuracy, verify that all data is correct, and ensure compliance with the funder's requirements. Errors in submitted applications are your responsibility.
Match scores are estimates: Grant match confidence scores are algorithmic estimates based on profile alignment. They are not guarantees of eligibility or success.
Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain full ownership of the application content you create, edit, and export through GrantGettr. You may use, modify, and submit that content to funders without restriction or attribution to GrantGettr.
License to us: By using GrantGettr, you grant Voss AI Consulting a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use your profile and application data solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
Our platform: Voss AI Consulting retains all rights to the GrantGettr platform, including its software, AI prompts, matching algorithms, user interface, and all associated intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any rights in the platform to you.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- ✗Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from GrantGettr.
- ✗Share account access with individuals outside your organization or across unrelated organizations (except on Consultant plans).
- ✗Submit fraudulent, fabricated, or materially misleading information in grant applications generated through the platform.
- ✗Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code, AI prompts, or proprietary algorithms.
- ✗Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws, including intellectual property laws or regulations governing grant applications.
- ✗Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute access to GrantGettr without prior written consent.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Voss AI Consulting and GrantGettr shall not be liable for: rejected grant applications, missed deadlines, inaccurate AI outputs, errors in match scoring, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Maximum liability: Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of GrantGettr is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
GrantGettr is a tool to assist with grant research and application drafting. It is not a grant writing guarantee, a legal service, or a compliance certification. Use your own judgment and seek professional advice where appropriate.
Data & Privacy
Your use of GrantGettr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes in detail what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Termination
By you: You may close your account and cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing portal or by contacting us at rob@robvoss.com.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for a subscription, or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of the platform. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking such action.
After termination: Your account data will be retained for 30 days following termination to allow for data export, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion by emailing us.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before initiating any legal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of GrantGettr after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service before the effective date.
